What is this service?
SRCHN.PROPERTY locates the property's PID, downloads or applies for the certificate and extract, verifies the owner and measurement details against the deed, and flags mismatches before they surface in a transaction.
The Khatha certificate proves the property is assessed in the municipal register; the Khatha extract shows the assessment details - owner, PID, measurement and tax status. Both are requested in sales, loans, plan sanction and Khatha-based applications. Digitised records can be downloaded from e-Aasthi; older records are issued at the ward office.
Why and when you need it

- When
- Before any sale, loan application or licence application.
