What is this service?
SRCHN.PROPERTY retrieves Form 11A and 11B entries from e-Swathu for the required period, or applies with the panchayat where the records are manual, and assembles them with Form 9 into the set transactions expect.
Form 11A records the panchayat's tax demand and Form 11B the collection - together the rural equivalent of the urban Khatha extract and tax receipt. Banks and buyers typically ask for Form 9 with Form 11A/11B to confirm both assessment and payment status. Digitised entries are searchable on e-Swathu.

- Why

- When
- Alongside Form 9, before sale or loan processing.
