Tenant Verification

Completing police verification of tenants and keeping the acknowledgement with the rental file.

What is this service?

SRCHN.PROPERTY prepares the verification with the tenant's ID documents and tenancy details, files it through the available police channel, and delivers the acknowledgement for the landlord's records.

Police verification of tenants is expected of landlords, and many apartment associations require it before move-in. Verification is filed with the local police (online where the commissionerate provides it, or at the police station) with the tenant's ID and the tenancy details, and the acknowledgement should be kept with the rental agreement.
